Are these products safe?

Absolutely! All of our dummy clips and teething rings are made in accordance with and tested to comply to European safety standard EN71 (part 1, 2, and 3) and BSEN 12586:2007. All of our silicone beads are 100% food grade silicone, non toxic and free from BPA, lead, cadmium, phthalates, PVC and latex. Please refer to the safety and care section on each product for more information.

How can I contact you?

How can I clean my product?

Please do not sterilise our products, simply wash in warm soapy water and leave to air dry. Our silicone beads do not absorb odours or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria.

When can I expect to receive my order?

As all of our products are made to order we advertise a delivery time of up to 10 working days but it is likely you will receive sooner.

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately as all of our products are bespoke we cannot accept returns, however if there is a problem with your order upon delivery please get in touch with us asap.

Can I order as a gift to be sent directly to recipient?

Of course! We love sending out gifts for you, it will be beautifully packaged and can include a little gift note from you if you wish so they know who it is off. Just send us a message to arrange this via our contact us page or on social media.

Can you make bespoke orders?

Yes! As it says in our name this is what we are all about! Every babies items should be individual to them. Choose our bespoke section to create your own dummy clips and teething rings aswell as gift sets. If you still can’t find what your looking for, send us a quick message and we’ll see what we can do!

The beech wood beads or rings have lost their shine what can I do?

We recommend rubbing them with organic coconut oil. This helps to rejuvenate and preserve the wood, whilst also being a natural antibacterial and safe for baby.
